To gunrantee the safety of machines and buildings under the fire risk, flame retardant rating for nylon flexible conduit must be required. For nylon flexible conduit or plastic products, three ratings are usually used-UL94-V0, UL94-V1 and UL94-V2. Compare with UL94-V1 and UL94-V2, UL94-V0 is common required. According for the requirements of the vertical burning test of UL laboratory for flame retardant rating is as followings:

V0: After the samples were tested twice 10 seconds burning, Flame extinguished in 30 seconds and can not have combustion fall.

V1: After the samples were tested twice 10 seconds burning, Flame extinguished in 60 seconds and can not have combustion fall.

V2: After the samples were tested twice 10 seconds burning, Flame extinguished in 60 seconds and can have combustion fall.
